Packet Loss to Gateway IP on Airtel Fiber

I am facing this problem of packet loss to gateway IP Address. I am on static IP and my Gateway is 122.160.148.1 (Idk delhi or Noida) and getting sugnificant packet loss. Optical power is fine, -21.5dB m. Any clue of issue?

If you are not having packet loss with any content provider or server IP addresses from the likes of Google, Cloudflare, AWS, or even your personal bare metal then the "packet loss to gateway" issue should not be a problem. Most servers are configured with having ping as a low priority in mind so unless you are having any real-world usage issues, it's all okay too.

is 2-3 packet drops to some ips such as discord.com, unacademy.com, pw.live etc in 2000 seconds is normal?

2-3 packet drops over that time period doesn't seems like much of an issue.

Check MTU. Lower it if required.
