Packet loss on BSNL Fiber

Anybody else getting packet loss on BSNL Fiber from last few days?? I'm getting consistent 20%~ losses.

I'm from northern Rajasthan, small town. (if relevant)
 
@punkjj4 are you getting packet loss information from Gateway monitoring? in that case just point the Monitor IP down the hops, like most cases you would have monitor ip as gateway ip. Just change it to DNS ip and see.

Its common to find packet loss while you monitor gateway ip which will in most cases does not mean packet loss happening on your traffic.
