Original poster showing the same as last poster in main page

Pasting a screenshot with issue highlighted, but wanted to ask if this is a known issue and can be fixed?

In the list of new posts, it looks like the thread starter and the latest reply are from the same person (does not show the original poster):

The plugin is in beta. I only installed it because people wanted latest threads on the homepage. Just use this:
Recent Activity | India Broadband Forum

I would see if I can locate the source and if a new beta is out... :\

nope. did not fix the issue. the latest update was released on july 21. and the developer does not appear to support bug reports from free account holders.

At the moment the "new posts" do not show on main page at the beginning (did you disable it?) but if I click the "new posts" from the menu it appears to be showing the OP and latest poster correctly...

new posts is internal feature. the box on the homepage was powered through a plugin.
i added an auto updating box in the right column. too bad i cannot move it to the left column though 😀
i hate xenforo. i would dump this and move to flarum someday.
