Finally, Tata Sky reversed its decision of increasing lock in period of optional packs from 30 days to 90 days. Now we have a lock in period of 30 days only.
Its not confirmed whether it applies for a la carte channels.

Great !

Customer care person still say 90 days period but I told them to see their website. Then without a word he dropped my 40 days old pack silently.

CC insists that I wait till my 90 days are over.

CC is not up-to-date. They are the last who come to know their latest company updates. You just need to force them to get it done.

why telling cc to drop a pack. go to "add a pack option in the Tata Sky help line" , there's a option to "drop any of your optional pack".i dropped the English movie pack today with the above mentioned option !

Today i experienced something amazing i was getting Fx and all other channels for which i never pay :? lol 😀

Im new to Tata Sky...Can i drop a pack using the online portal or do i need 2 call the CC?I'm delhi based..Can someone plz explain me the procedure?
