Opening Udp Ports 5198 5199 Echolink Tcp 5200

This is a program Echolink used by some Amateur Wireless Radio operators worldwide. ( Known as HAMRADIO)
In Dialup ( sancharnet and Netone ) I can connect directly and communicate with other HAMRADIO operators
throughout the world. who log in to this program.
For broadband sometimes the modem/router has to be programmed.
In Adsl Modem UT-300R2 DATAONE
I opened "Advanced "and tried to program , but did not know some details.
There are some programs already listed
( Also in Beetel 220Bx which I intend to use in Dataone )
Can you kindly give step by step instruction or Screen shot ?
Program Echolink : TCP 5200 udp 5198 5199.
I tried exceptions in Windows XP SP2 firewall , but not successful.
I now connect through Proxy servers. Thanks.
