Ishaan, how you have done it? Those guys take the old stb, dish and return money? HuhSorry for going offtopic.
 
For me, they said no refund (Maybe scheme is different), they took away the STB. But the dish is still lying on the terrace AFAIK. Maybe should sell to scrap/junk dealer.
 
So its better to resell it ourselves and change the ownership instead of discarding through them. 😀
