actually she did an incredible thing. mccain did his ad in a very poor taste. it has been criticized by almost everyone. this was better than a lawsuit.its not india that mccain can target paris as madam sonia's people targeted people on orkut badmouthing her.

Farha khan is good for nothing. She could hardly produce a movie which can do good without getting involved in such cheap publicity stunts. She also allways gets loud mouthed against sanjay leela bhansali. Everyone knows, there isn't any comparison between the calibre of both Bhansali & Farha khan. Why does she proves herself stupid again by commenting on the man who created biggies like Black, khamoshi ... etc

Actually this farah khan was just a choreographer before . She was choreographed few of Priyadarshan's Hindi movies. ! Now she is so called 'Director' !

After winning a permanent injunction order from the Dindoshi session's court on the scenes in Om Shanti Om that lampoon the legendary Manoj Kumar, the actor's advocate said they are also planning for a criminal suit to be filed against the makers of the movie.
"We have won the case as the court has ordered a permanent injunction on the scenes which mock the actor. Now we are planning for a criminal case," advocate Ashok Saraogi told IANS here Friday.
Saraogi said they are also planning to file a criminal case against the director Farah Khan and producers Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan for purposely defaming a person in public.
He said, "We will be filing the case against the makers of the movie Monday under sections 499 and 500 which says defaming a person advertently either through words, print, movies or any other medium is a criminal offence."
City Civil Court Judge DR Mahajan of Dindoshi Goregaon, in his judgment, has ordered the producers and Sony Entertainment Television to edit the scenes before showing the film on the channel.

Film actor Manoj Kumar has filed a plea in a Mumbai’s city civil court asking for a stay on the telecast of the film ‘Om Shanti Om’ on television. Soon after the film was released in 2007 Kumar had objected to the manner in which he had been portrayed in the film.
Kumar’s plea said that he took most offence at a scene where a character resembling him is shown trying to enter the premiere show of a movie. The same character is shooed away by guards and even beaten with a stick, the application said.
The application said that Kumar was proud of his reputation in the public and owing to the services he had rendered in the interests of the nation, he was also called ‘Bharat Kumar’ by the people. The plea said that every actor had his own style of acting and the movie had copied him and ridiculed him.
Kumar has told court that soon after he had objected to the scenes in the movie, Yash Chopra apologized and assured him that offensive portions will be cut from print.
Kumar has sought a stay on the telecast of the movie on television saying it would greatly harm his reputation. He has argued that these days more people watch movies at home on television, than they do in theatres and thus he wants the scenes portraying him to be cut before it is telecast. The matter will be heard on Wednesday.
OSO was nothing but a crap. I pity Manoj Kumar that at a such ripe age he has to fight a court battle. He shouldn't bother about such a thing stupid things as inadvertently, it is giving OSO publicity. And, in Bollywood it is said no publicity is bad publicity..😢
