Yeah, read it in TOI like 2 days ago. Dunno if it was a detection error. It could very well be a scam. But who knows? Anyway, one thing is for certain, HIV can't have a vaccine. It's the nature of the virus which prevents us from making a vaccine against it ;)

There is a NATURAL vaccine for AIDS

Its a (very rare) gene mutation found in descendnts of plague survivors. Is known as "Mutation CCR-5-delta-32".

Mutations are always occurring; some good, some neutral, some bad. It has been found that a human mutation designated CCR5-delta 32 confers immunity to AIDS if inherited from both parents. People carrying the CCR5-delta 32 mutation lack the receptors to which the AIDS virus must attach itself if it is to infect the person.

Trick is do do something similar through drugs or some other way.

uh...if it was as simple as turning off / removing some receptors then we would've had a vaccine by now! :D

Its not simple for sure, but its not impossible. I was responding to the post that said its impossible to have a vaccine for AIDS.

yeah. its impossible to produce a vaccine for the AIDS virus. Certain common strains can be vaccinated against but NOT all. It's like the cold virus. Keeps mutating all the time. Hence _impossible_ to make a vaccine ;)
