number of days to issue connection

Hello All, After tata purchased dishnet, I thought the guys are more responsible. I fed up with broadband situation in India. The guys wanted only big cheques with leased lines. It is almost a month after paying money. I didn't still got the connection. I can't talk to any one except useless customer care. I have got few numbers which they won't lift or allow to talk to some one inside. 25322832 is the number of vsnl. In principle I should talk to some one and they should be able to help. The receptionist will got give it but direct to useless customer care. My channel is alloted, username created etc all useless junk I hear from customer care. sambaiah
