Not Receiving any messages from internet

6 months ago I brought a spice coolpad mi-496 mobile, from the time itself, i didn't receive any confirmation messages like a message from OTP password from internet banking, way2sms , online verification code.

No more problem with my SIM card, if i want OTP code or else i put my SIM card to another mobile and to get the code. I tried to change so many setting but it doesn't work. What to do? I need your help guys.
 
and you can receive sms from friends and family?
 
I am clueless in that case. OTPs are basic texts that should arrive just like texts from your friends and family.
 
yes of course. I received messages from my friend side, as well receive messages from promotional network message (offer,net pack like that) only not receive any message between internet and mobile. like not get messages from internet banking, verification code (gmail,watsup,hike)

if i need i replace my mobile then got messages.
