pls help; Internet working fine in PPPoE mode; but one special site http://www.dgsnd.gov.in/ not opening.....it may open in bridge mode but not in PPPoE

Web site access has nothing 2 do with the mode in which u connect 2 Internet. Anyways I tried connecting 2 this site & it didnt open. Contact d POSTMASTER 4 this site. Anyways Mr.Moderator...I guess this topic needs 2 moved 2 Computers & Internet Forum.
