Hello guys,this is my first post.
I am currently using reliance broadband and recently shifted form a 300kbps plan to a 600kbps in day and 1mbps at night plan.Now,the problem is I am getting correct download rate in torrents but not with normal downloads
The speed test shows that my speed is :

Why am I not getting 60-75 kBps speed in normal downloads?:huh:
