Got a You BB connection yesterday. Wanted them to set it up on my Netgear Orbi but they said they only knew how to do it on my TP-Link. I asked them if You BB binds the connection to the router's MAC and they said they don't. So I set it up on my Orbi myself. Worked for about an hour and then stopped. I then tried to switch it back to my TP Link but that doesn't work either now. This is what it shows under WAN on the router status page:

Default Gateway:0.0.0.0
DNS Server:0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

I have pretty close to zero knowledge about networking. Anyone know what to do? Thanks in advance.
