I am using BSNL FTTH connection with Optilink ONU/ONT device. As I am working from home nowadays I need to connect to VPN to access our customer's systems.
When I am connected through the BSNL FTTH network it does not allow me to connect to the VPNs.

Even I do not bale to connect though the Notron VPN client.

Any solutions?

Try changing the MTU.. It should work..

Read how to determine the right MTU..

I'm using PureVPN; while it works, many times it doesnt connect and connects on the next attempt.
I thought it could be with VPN server and not with bsnl as internet works..

VPN Issues with ONT/ONU
If a particular customer complaints about his VPN is not getting via his ONT. Please check the MTU Size needed for his VPN and apply it.

For Eg: Global Protect VPN need 1460 in ONT & 1300 in Global Protect VPN Adapter setting.

Most of the ONTs support VPNs. In case of not supporting, please ask the ONT Vendor for firmware upgrade.
