Not able to browse a site

So I'v had this problem since day one but being so lazy i just used anonymouse.org to browse the site.So i thought I'd finally see if i can fix it.
I can open all other sites normally but just this one site will always show 'Problem Loading Page' error in firefox & the 'Page Cannot Be Displayed' error in internet explorer. The site is :

EXTREME Overclocking Forums - Learn To Overclock Your PC Hardware

I'm on the 849NU plan Any fixes ?

works fine here.. using opendns servers.. try changing your dns servers to opendns.. their ips are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

Is that all you did because its still not loading for me.I changed my dns from 203.94.227.70 & 203.94.243.70 to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 but still can't browse that site.Have you made any other changes ?

It doesnt work for me either..am on Open DNS too..."network timeout" error

try going thru a web proxy...

e.g
