Not able to access dataone usage portal

I recently shifted from Combo 500 to Unlimited 900 plan. Prior to that I could access the usage details by logging into dataone usage portal and I could change my pass word. After this shift I was given a new user name and I am not able to login and change my password. I am suspicious that somebody might be using the account. Please suggest a way out. I have complained to the bsnl people and yet to hear from them.Ravi

I was given a new user name.

Your BB connection USERID is not changed when tariff plans are changed.
Also BSNL Portal portal ID remains same 14digit & PW password.

Only possibility you were using abcd @ dataone.in Ip 59.xx.xx.xx
and used same for usage check in a differen portal

and now it is abcd @ bsnl.in IP 117.xx.xx.xx
Get 14 digit ID and PW password from Exchange .
login BSNL Portal
If your town/city is included in any selfcare web sites
register again. There are 4 : ndc sdc edc and wdc.

Thank you for your reply. In fact they had changed me from dataone to bsnl portal. I contacted them and got the details which they provided promptly. The helpline desk was very good in their response. My only grudge is that they could have informed me when they changed the portal so that transition would have been smooth.Ravi

i dont know about this now as i no longer use bsnl but before also when they had issues about this kind of thing i would be able to see my details by logging on to calcutta telephones and selecting data usage along with month in my account options
