seems cool, but ever since Nokia stopped before M$, I've sworn to abandon it. I heard windows phone bans many free software license like GPL, LGPL by default, which is nothing short of anti-competitor practice.
 
i do not think it bans any of these apps. the problem is largely restricted to the app store's restriction which limits sideloading and sharing of data files. the same applies to Apple app store and that is why VLC does not exist on the app store.
 

And at 15490 at letsbuy! Huge price drop in one go. Generally an indication of product not selling as per company's expectations or sales targets.
 
Maybe a new entry soon in Lumia Family 😉

Could be but if thats true and this is the reason, they won't slash the price by this much amount for now as new device if any is coming soon will take at least 1 month to hit the market.
