no upload speed

Hi,

From past 1 week and a half, everyday evening after 6pm. The upload speed becomes 0kbps.. because of this cant send files or e-mail attachments.
Also because of no upload speed download speed also becoming 512kbps almost.

Are any in2cable users facing this problem?

Am on 2mbps unlimited for 1350 plan but i am disappointed since 1 and 1/2 weeks .

It seems like when their office is open the speed is proper, but evening 6pm before closing office they turn off the uploading and reduce the download speed till next day morning when office opens.

If anyone having same problem let me know, i am going to call them again today.

See now its 9.30 am so the internet speed is all as promised.

Now i will show you tonight how the speed is, most probably again upload will be blocked so both these sites will show an error.

I have 2mbps and i am utterly disappointed here in kandivali mumbai. Shitt service, everyday offing the router at around 6pm to 9pm night, later shutting the office so you cant do anything... then till 10:30 am the internet will be down all night and later they will on it, i am for now taking reliance netconnect+ as a backup internet till i find a better wired internet to replace this crap of a service called in2cable
