No service No money

my BB connection in new multiyply with promiss of the speed upto 8 MB. But there is no speed. and no usage record will update time to time. it will update after a week. morever the link is disconnected in Feb 5 days. and Mar 3 days BB service is totaly closed. but bill for a month. that's why all members will appose for unused bill.
 
If BB has been disconnected for 5 to 10 days completely then we should ask a rebate in the bill from BSNL.

5 days = one working week. BSNL has to compensate you.
One of you has to take the step and escalate. Its ok being a govt organization but its also BS to deny basic services to customer..🙂

Till now i haven't got any problem in my billing, but if any occurs{God please don't !} i will sure go to BSNL office and ask them for doing the correction in bill.:thumbsup:
