No mail when my package was activated?!?!?!

I didn't receive any mail about package info or smart card no. and nothing.the mail inbox is empty since activation..... 😕 What shall I do? And another question....:redface: no "advanced installatin" option in menu????now how can I delete or move channels??and how to make "auto scan"? I mean how to configure that page u see when u go for autoscan? many questions???:ashamed: plzzzz buddies... I'm new....🙂
 
select List - then press RED button - for selecting the channels for deletion.same can be used for moving chanels- best way is to create Favourite lists. and move chanbels- you can also try going through the user manual.
