No internet access

Since yesterday I am not getting internet access either in phone or in computer, even though all lights of modem are on. I have changed dns address to check if there is any dns issue but still it is not working, so it might be not dns problem. So what could be the problem ? Is there any solution other than changing dns ?

did u rise a complaint ?this can also happen if there is any issue in exchange too

Yes I did today. Let's see how long they will take to resolve.
