I was working and all of sudden the plan was expired . It was my mistake I didn't recharged it earlier. However I recharged it within few minutes and KV updated it on their website immediately. Unfortunately even after 1 hour, I couldn't access internet. It shows 'Inactive' on the page I'm being redirected to. It's sad that KV don't have a support team that works 24 hours. It'll be great if they could hire some chat associates for this.
