I'm currently using BSNL's Home 500 plan which has nighttime unlimited usage (IST - 2:00 to 8:00). I found that although the traffic column in my service order for nighttime usage shows 0, the counter above has clearly indexed whatever I had done. Do they dicount what you've done later on from the Total Used (GB) column or are they cheating the customers and counting whatever was done at the time?

Anyway check this out, its gonna prove BSNL SUCKS. BTW, my desktop does not look this way, I only saved it in 16 colour bitmap to reduce file size and cause the portal looked totally screwed up on jpg or gif.
