Nextra streaming issue

I don't know what is going on. I use Amazon firestick and some apps stop suddenly as if no internet. I try to ping the network from pc and it does not show anything. Probably Nextra had disabled ping. I use my other network Airtel and it works just fine, no stopping in between. What could be the problem. Could it be nextra or my wifi ?
