New way of checking account???

hello fellas,
I got my portal id (now u have to have ids to check account usage in BSNL for new BSNL users, i got my connection 3 weeks back), when i logged in i got a blank screen with an option to add folder, there was no service record option or anything it was absolutely blank, this is the portal i logged into BSNL Portal how in god's green earth am i supposed to know my account usage
 
Must go to dataone.in to check usage; using Internet explorer only (other browsers cannot access that page)Meanwhile, I dont know why BSNL has many portals like these.BSNL in each and every state also has their own portal (sorry, their own portals)
 
i am using IE to check my account, when i go to dataone.in i must still select the check account usage link, which directs me to a portal, i cannot access this portal with the uid and the pswd that i use to connect to the internet on my router, i gotta use the portal id that i received but still all i am getting is a blank page. I am totally freaked out, to use my account to download anything.
 
have you enabled cookies?after you give uid and password,in the left, you will find link called 'service records'.you must click that
 
yeah i have enabled cookies, perhaps if there was a way i would have uploaded the way the screen looked when i logged in
 
finally bsnl people have created a way to check the account usage for new ip range 117.x.x.x .but still it does not give u a real usage check.......i mean u have to calculate it urself ;-)

what the hell are we supposed to do with this....there is no total usage...and also amount usage in paise????:redface:

Error Message: JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /LoginError.jsp

Frankly, BSNL guys are bloody loosers. They are handing out limited, usage-based connections and they are stopping people from knowing the usage. Some senior officers need to be spanked real hard 😗

did u get ur portal id and pass??? u should not use the id and pass used to connect to broadband. check ur mail given by bsnl username@bsnl.in

in that u can find ur portal id and pass......

Tried in DATAone Usage Finder 2.0. entered the new website. works alright. but my ID/PW rejected. unable to report further action.http://duf.sourceforge.net/
