New Voice Response System

the sify had first off all changed their welcome thing in which language preference is asked.. now the voice is of some male jerk who dont know difference between english and hindi... ur phone speakers are bound to blow up..and second thing is the song they play while u r on hold.. its really really irritating.. and whats the use of dialing "star"

actually it works without dialling "*" too....

I've stoppd using their phone numbers. I use CC Chat and when Sify is down at the local level, I reach CC Chat on the backup connection
