New to Mtnl

Hi Just got my Mtnl TriBand Kit today but no username or password. I called up 1504 but got a reply ' Suvidha uplabdh nahi hai' Can someone help ? Thanks Rishi
 
Your username is your phone number, and you password is you customer account (CA) number...its mentioned on any phone bill.

Hve learnt one thing never believe on the session history details displayed on the MTNL site..they r always incorrect 😛
