New plans what to choose and what download speed???

GUYS I AM USING BSNL UL750 and i get download speed of 25-30 kbps. I wanna shift to the new plans of BSnl launched last month andwithin 1200 per month. My criteria are 1) download per month 15 GB 2) download speed of 250 -300 kbps ( acyual speed of download to my PC) 3) buffering free youtube videos. PLZ help me with a new plan of BSNL or any other company
 
^ BSNL home user plans do not meet your requirements and business plans are highly priced 🙁
 
You can choose the Home Combo ULF1100 plan which comes with a speed of 2MBPS. (200~250kb/second Download Rate). (It also includes 500 Free calls /month)Its priced at 1100 INR /excluding TAX.You can download up-to 10 GB. and after that, your speed be dropped to 256kbps till the next billing date (next month).
