I am planning to take a new connection, have been using Sify now for some years. I stay at Khar in Mumbai and in my area the options seem to be limited to Sify and Reliance i guess. No sure if anyone else is available in the area. There is MTNL but have heard that the CS is poor and downtime takes extremely long to resolve. Is it is worthwhile switch in terms of connection speed, downtime and CS. Please suggest
