Hi All,
I'm a resident of Old Gurgaon (Sector-8 area - Arjun Nagar/New Colony/Madanpuri/Jyoti Park). Neither Jio, nor airtel is available in my area.
I've to select from timbl, triple play and tikona. What should I go for?
(Budget - not an issue, Quality service is needed)

Never go for Tikona.

Between Timbl and TriplePlay, experience will depend on LCO. I'm on TriplePlay myself and have had very few issues. I've heard Timbl can be good too (depending on LCO). Make sure to go for fiber with either ISP if you want reliability.

Wouldn't ever recommend timbl

1. Highly unprofessional, No support, No ERP based Customer Portal
2. Hidden FUP of 500 GB ( There is absolutely no mention of this 500 GB anywhere ...It is when u cross the limit and contact Customer Care ,u get to Know)
3. Plans pricing at par Airtel ( But service is worst )
4. Shady Company with aim to extract max out of consumer
5. Post FUP speed of 2 Mbps
6. 2-3 hrs Downtime at least every week.

Note : I Used Timbl for 3 months
