Right now "gprsmtnlmum" and "gprsppsdel" is working well in local & roaming for most MTNL 3G users. The new common "APN "from March 10 for both delhi and Mumbai (both prepaid & post paid) is "mtnl.net"I read this today in email notification from some tele guru site.Any ideas?

mtnl.net is already working when i checked so i guess the news is true..but both apns are unstable gprsppsmum and mtnl.net at the moment

For me "gprsppsdel" is working so far very well with out any disconnections. (more in roaming BSNL network than in home MTNL Delhi network). I use it 1-2 hours stretch only at a time ( rs 20 recharge -1 day-250 mb). I will continue with the old one till it stops working.:male-fighter:

mtnl.net stops downloads after 100-200 mb. I am trying to downloading iOS 5.1 firmware and its stopped 3 times so far. Hope MTNL has not implemented yet another evil auto disconnect policy for 3G users.

Yeaps I noticed the same. Mtnl.net does disconnect within a range of 120mb-200mb which is frustrating but for now better than gprsppsmum which disconnects the moment u trigger a download as of now. Mtnl 3g mum has already a disconnetion policy when we reach 1.9gb of download at a stretch which is okay as its 1.9gb, however 125mb-200mb is horrible!!! Hope it aint going to be true
