[New Build] Won't boot up| freezes at bios screen|GFX driver won't install

I've a pretty bad luck with new stuff's.

I purchased custom parts for the PC.

Specs :

RAM : 3 x 4 GB Corsair 1666 Mhz
SSD : 1 x 64 GB SSD
HDD : 1 x 1TB SATA HDD (7200 rpm)
Mobo : Asus M4A88TD- V EVO/ USB3 Motherboard
GFX card : ATI Sapphire radeon 6850HD
Processor : AMD Phenom II x6
Cabinet : Cooler master storm ( With 2 LED fans and 1 normal fan)
PSU : 550 Watt Coolermaster Xstream

First day :
I assembled everything (Read the manual + some YouTube videos), connected all the wires, Switched it on. Hell yeah, working!

Installed the 32 bit version on the SSD, all the drivers, Everything was good until I restarted it. "The drivers were not installed and some bs error", On the next restart it froze at the bios screen. I switched off everything and turned on again, everything good. I thought it must be some problem with the driver, So I downloaded the 64 bit windows first then made a bootable usb disk and started installing it on the ssd, suddenly an error popped up saying "Files are missing, setup cannot be completed" :/ so I restarted the installation and to my surprise the SSD isn't showing up in the disk selection menu (Holy shit), I removed all the cables, opened up the cabinet, replaced the sata cables with the one that came with mobo. All good, With my fingers crossed I pressed that power button, and now it won't even show the installation menu.

Restarting the PC makes it freeze at the bios screen.

Are you sure it is just a corrupt OS?
Coz I downloaded the whole ****ing thing (3 gigs) from technet.

If it freezes at the bios screen then its a hardware issue , remove the ssd and try installing the os on the other hdd , try memtest on the each ram stick one by one , you shpuld not have bought 3x 4gb , 2x4gb is enough and this would also run in dual channel. Do you have a link for your psu , coolermaster isn't a great psu maker maybe its not good enough for your system , you should only buy corsair psus in India.

I am not sure, it's just a wild guess since you are trying to install it using a USB disk.Your setup is newly downloaded and not tested and same goes with your system, a very awkward situation you are in.If possible get an OS Setup (Tested Setup) from your friend and test your system first.

as i can't really see your system , i can only assume that if its freezing @ BIOS , it can't be just a corrupt OS .....can be a hardware problem . although assembling a PC is fun , to save the headache of running from one service centre to another, pay the shop-owner to assemble it for you(costs about a 100 bucks only) . if there is some problem with your new hardware, he'll replace it there only and you won't have to make the trip to the service center .i'm thinking that either SSD or RAM are faulty . try installing in the other drive .

unless you post a screenshot of your rig , no one can help you . actually we can screw up your system more by giving advice without looking @ a screenshot .

Install only one ram stick and install the 64 bit OS ( you will only be able to use 3gb ram on 32 bit os) on the 1tb hdd and see if everything is normal , remove eveything else like fans , ssd , GPU etc , use onboard gpu
