I had a BSNL 999 plan. As per the plan, I was supposed to get 4Mbps until 8GB and then on 512kbps. I never got more than 1.5Mbps on BSNL line. Few days back, i decided to take a connection from BBNL. Turns out that they were offering 25Mbps unlimited plan with no FUP for just 1k! The connection is seamless and I downloaded lots of GBs and still speed is 25Mbps.
