I applied for broadband from calcutta telephones(BSNL) on 8th August 2005. Today is 24th and I didn't get connection. Could anybody tell me how nuch time BSNL takes to install a connection. Or can anybody give me any email address or number to get in contact with calcutta telephones for enquiry.
