Never use tata BB service

I recently bought this Tata indicom(VSNL) Broadband. And I would like to advice everybody to never do this mistake of selecting this ISP. Firstly they took more than 20 days to install broadband. And after 1 month still I am unable to connect. And the tech. supp. helpline as they call it. have just one answer when I call them.. Sir pls. wait for 24 hrs..... I wonder what does 24 hrs means to tata indicom VSNL Broadband.

Well sorry to learn that. Just tell them that they either fix the problem in the next 24hrs or cancel ur subscription.....Actually do not talk to any cc rep, just ask them to connect you to their floor manager or a higher authority....you have to be firm with them. I have have had bad experiences with cc reps with my airtel connection. My friend is on a TATA broadband connections and swears by it. Welcome to the Indian broadband mess.
