Pls note there would be multiple Mac addresses on the device ie for each interface. The best way to get the right one would be to go to the BSNL self-care portal, check the usage logs and there it would show the mac address.

Is there an option to see debug logs? Info logs wouldn't have the required details. Pls check the config and set the log level to debug level.

couldn't find the mac address in the self-care portal

have you tried waiting for some time?
I had to wait some good 4-5 minutes some times on the TP-Link ac1200. Also, one thing to note is that the connection re instantiation time is very large. So while debugging rebooting was the better option to initiate the ppp connection request.

Ok so guys here is my setup...
1. Revo ONU which is same as the Netlink both in looks and interface.
2. TP-Link archer c60 ac1350
3. There is no mac binding for me, as it shows not authenticated
Now just to make sure if I have understood it all correctly
1. I select the bridge mode on the onu
2. Connect the lan cable from the onu to the wan port of the router, check the port binding box to which the cable is connected and uncheck the rest
3. Fire up the pppoe on the router
4. Use the pppuser and password from the lastgood file

Do I need to reSet the tplink router before doing all this ?

Have I got rest of the steps correctly ? Anything else you @varkey or @pothi would like to add ?
