Netlimiter kill connections

I am using this software called Netlimiter pro 3.There is an option in the toolbox "Kill connections"I accidently clicked it and now I'm unable to connect to the internet via ComputerI've tried everything to fix this issue.When nothing worked I even rebooted my entire Windows 7.But I'm still not able to connect.Please can anyone tell me a solution.
