Netflix not working on BSNL FTTH

Guys netflix doesn't seem to work with my bsnl ftth. It takes forever to load as you can see from the pic uploaded. Everything else seems fine speedtest.net is give 50/50 Mbps and other streaming sites like youtube, Amazon prime, Hotstar are working fine too. When I switch to my mobile network via hotspot netflix works fine too.
Any ideas why this is happening.

@outofcontext77 Nope in fact 1492 is way high mtu value for a bsnl connection. Change the mtu value to 1460 and see if the Netflix problem is rectified

Thank you folks, this has helped me immensely as neither the BSNL person, nor Netflix help desk was able to pin point this issue. All other services were working fine and I was also getting very good speed outside of Netflix. Netflix was just showing pathetically low speeds.

Setting the correct MTU value changed everything. For me - determined with the ping test (link posted by fsociety above), the MTU value on my BSNL router was 1432

Shifted my spare FTTH connection to my office and faced this issue, changing MTU solved it, seems like issue is only in Netflix when connected to BSNL.

I had same issue from last 2 years but changing mtu value to 1460 worked for me .
