it is hanging a lot on excitel. not sure if it is my connection or Excitel routing with netflix has gone worse.

Result on fast.com should help if it is because of recent changes on Netflix or on Excitel side.

the problem was fixed in the morning. was only getting 300-350kbps on fast.com at that time.
