I’m thinking of getting a VPN but need help.

Can you guys tell me what ISP it’s showing when you go to any website like ipinfo (dot) io (using a premium VPN)?

Can service providers determine that we are using VPN? For free VPN it’s DigitalOccean (mostly) not sure about premium ones since I’ve never used any. Looking to get a VPN with IP range from normal providers like Charter, AT&T / Level3 / Xnifity etc.

Netflix for instance has a huge database of VPN ips. So yeah it's possible to detect you are using a VPN.

Is there anything which can assign me an IP of let’s say Charter or any other major/minor broadband provider.

no its easy to identify VPN as it will be a data center ip.

What you want is called residential proxy but I doubt if it will be available for creating paypal.

do you want to use indian ip or of some other country ?

You can use hotspot for indian ip.

Can someone suggest good VPN, following are the requirements:

1. low latency
2. Preferably vpn with indian server
3. High speed for 1 gbps connection
4. No restriction on video streaming platforms
5. Multiple device usage

setup your own on vultr, there is no VPN provider left with servers in North India. I think Windscribe still has Chennai servers though.
