Need urgent help with a new connection

An Airtel technician called me in evening asking about the issue next thing he came home this morning. We discussed the issue, I showed him the results, he took some screenshots and noted the ip address, and said he'll call back once the issue is resolved.
I got a call a few hours later, asking to check if the issue was resolved. @igloo

If most of the data is used up by one of your PC's (assuming it's Windows) you can check the data usage by typing data usage in the windows search bar, and select the first option. Pretty sure something same would exist for linux as well.

And if there are 3-4 PCs (or even phone too) then you'll have to do it manually. I know it's tedious and not an efficient way by any means, but it's at least something.
