Need Urgent Help"ul900"

I've "Data1-Home500" & my cusin have "Dataone900UL"(Recently)Problem is that when we cant share "ul900"(occure Error-691 while all inputs are right) but for "h-500" we can.Can some 1 pls help how to share "UL900" by both.

Unlimited Plan connections at many Locations are bound to the concerned phone numbers . Hence this plan cannotbe shared thru other phones .

Thanks seshuBut there should be any way to do so.If it "bounded to concerned phone no" how that number is able to share non"UL900" plan.

^ Anushka , I also wish that it should be possible to use a friend's UL 900 plan on my connection . Unfortunately it was not possible yet due to port binding of that account . It was confirmed by an employee of BSNL Dataone ...
