Need advice for buying a good Oil Filled Radiator based heater to be used in Delhi.

Preference of brands:
De'Longhi > Black Decker > Havells > Morphy Richards
Confused between these. Have heard good about them.

How much area do 9 fin, 11 fin and 13 fin cover effectively?

What is the need for the additional P.T.C. fan heater that certain models have?
How much noise does it make?

Please share your valuable recommendations and advice.

Been using Havells 9 fin for 3 years now.
Areawise it can easily cover 400sqft
P.T.C fan heater helps in getting started quickly with heating the root

Noise
the OFR doesn't make anything noticable
P.T.C has fan noise when it's active

I've read that De'Longhi is the best out there for OFR, atleast in India.
I'm skeptical of the after sales support.

Yeah it was a direct import by my dad's company. Within 1 year they were replacing all their heaters (this was before central heating was a thing in offices).
They allowed employes to buy them off. Got it then
