need info: session details page url for sify bb

dear friends.i use linux. we, thankfully, have a console (text) based broadband client.1. i remember that in the windows client, there used to be a way to see the session details which informed us about how many mbs were downloaded/ uploaded, etc..could any windows user please tell me the url of that page? (linux users do not get a gui link to click on.)2. could you please also tell me if nntp (newsgroup servers, port 119) servers are accessible under the 48 kbps package? (it was not working last time i checked.)3. could you please also tell me if peer2peer applications are accessible under the 48 kbps unlimited package? also, please tell me what p2p software you use.thanks in advance.-vishvas

can someone plz help me how to get session details by just using the ip address
