Need Info on ACT Fibernet junction box battery

I'm using ACT Fibernet in Hyderabad. When there is power cut, the internet is available for only 15-20 minutes. So, I wanted to know what is the usual backup time provided by ACT Fibernet. Because, if there is any problem with the battery I can raise a ticket and get it fixed.

I was an Act user earlier, They provide a 6000 mah capacity battery and it should last around 4-6 hours depending on the active connections from the junction box.

15-20min is nothing compared to what they promise, you may raise a request to replace the battery.
