Need Info About Pacent Schemes

hey ppl currently i m under pacenet 128 kbps unlimited scheme (costs RS 1060)maximum speed i get fr downloads is around 14 kbps.....i wanted to is dere any scheme with mopre than 256 kbps .....my cable guy said there was a 512 kbps limited scheme .....can anyone gimmme more info about it .... and is dere any scheme wich offfer more than 512 kbps
