Hi , i had applied for a new connection on 17th this month so far no 1 have come for installation, thse guys r usually slow or is it a scam? I had already paid the amount for 6 months plan so i am afraid tht i might lose tht cash.

The connection process is pretty long. It could take 10-15 days.1. Bill payment (which you have done)2. Box installation if there is no box nearby to give you the connection.3. The fiber wire which comes from the road to the box.4. Attaching the fiber wire to the box.5. Laying the wire from the box to your computer.All these are done by different departments/teams which is why it takes time.
my personal experience is if you know the number of local beam guy , your connection can be up in jast 24 hours
