HII BUY SUN DIRECT SAMSUNG DSB-B580R RECEIVER FROM ONE GUY . HE WAS USING IT on insat before but not using it from 1 year . i want to use it on measat 3 and want to change home transponder . because all tp in the receiver is old from insat . can some one help me to change the tp . because i press menu and select HOME TRANSPONDER . but i cant change the frequency . TEH ARROW NOT GOING UP . can someone help me step by step how to do that .thanks....
