Need help with online recharge of BSNL EVDO

I recently bought a connection, I guess its now a month old. I registered myself to this portal for South Zone.
CDMA Customer Portal: Login

The problem I'm facing is it says "This is not a prepaid CDMA number".

My number starts with 8547 and the SIM is from Kerala.
 
Try recharging via Paytm?
 
Tried Paytm for Rs.100 recharge, I get a message BSNL rejected the recharge amount, or recharge failed.
Is brick and mortar my only option? :/

I selected "Datacard" option for recharge, should I try "Mobile"?

I recharge my SIM via the mobile - special recharge option. Do a recharge of Rs. 55 for 2 days UL pack.
 
Tried recharging special recharge packs. Rs 55, 250, 440, 825 none of them seem to work. Was wondering if bsnl has pulled these recharges? Was working till last week
 

Yes...plans are changed
Now we have to pay 840rs. instead of 825rs.
But I am not able to recharge it online, someone from north region can tell how to and from where to recharge it online
I am on General plan
