Need help with my N905i

Hello,

I'm from Vienna and got my NTT Docomo N905i some months ago.
Yesterday I wanted to active it, when I got my Hypersim.
It worked perfectly, I got full reception, could choose my t-mobile network etc..
But I can't make a call or recive mails.
At my desktop I got this icon:

What can I do now?
It worked almost fine before (I just had the problem that I was an unknown caller no matter what I tried.)
I had an update yesterday and now it won't work..

Kick them out if you love your hard earned money. Poor technical backup, bad network, zero customer service.
